The church is healthy and has shown consistent annual growth. They have a very active youth group and strong worship/music ministry. The church has several buildings and office building, including a Family Life center/gym, as well as a fully remodeled parsonage.

The church is looking for a full-time pastor who has a track record of leading a growing congregation of 100+. The gift mix should include high relationship skills, leadership, and team building. The position is full-time and the church has a team of both paid and volunteer leaders who will serve alongside the pastor in ministry. The church is a rural congregation with both white/blue-collar.
