Rename the E-zine contest (entry deadline past)

by Wesleyan Information Network | Sep. 4, 2012

The Wesleyan Church announces a competition to rename the online, bi-weekly newsletter, currently titled the “E-zine.” This newsletter is emailed to thousands of people who are interested in reading the most recent news available from The Wesleyan Church in North America and around the world. Anyone is invited to submit ideas to rename the E-zine, effective immediately.

To qualify, ideas must be submitted via e-mail to communications@wesleyan.org. The subject of the e-mail should read “E-zine contest” and the body of the e-mail should include the following:
·         One suggested title idea (for the new name of the E-zine)
·         Submitter’s name
·         E-mail address
·         Phone number (if in USA or Canada)
·         If outside North America, please list country name

Open submission began August 27, 2012 and ends at midnight (EDT) on September 17, 2012. Multiple e-mail entries from the same person are permitted. The top five best titles will be chosen by Communications staff. All five will receive a copy of The Story, a history of The Wesleyan Church by Robert Black and Keith Drury. The contestant who submits the final winning name will also receive a $100 prize. The winning name will be announced on or about October 1, 2012. In the event that multiple, identical winning suggestions are entered, the first one received will be selected.
