High Point Church Honored

What High Point Wesleyan Church (High Point, NC) did on Palm Sunday this year resulted in a recent award handed out by city officials.
High Point City Manager Strib Boynton and Police Chief Jim Fealy presented the church with a beautiful award that states “Faith in Action Leadership Award Presented to First Wesleyan Church – With Appreciation for Your Exemplary Compassion in Action.” Their faith was lived out during Holy Week to reflect God’s love and bring the spirit of hope and encouragement to those affected by the weather tragedy.
