Mission Statement

The E&CG Department exists to equip and empower The Wesleyan Church to become a MISSIONAL MOVEMENT that will multiply Disciples, Leaders and Churches in order to fulfill the Great Commission in the Spirit of the Great Commandment.

Vision Statement

It is our vision to partner with districts to create an environment that will result in a denominational MISSIONAL MOVEMENT by the year 2016.

  1. Every believer, every leader, every church is capable of participating in the missional movement;
  2. The purpose of church health is to become a missional force resulting in the multiplication of disciples, leaders and churches;
  3. Ministry happens in partnership with districts;
