GO Equipped

Training & Resourcing for Leaders of Short-Term Teams

Global Partners is pleased to partner with districts and local churches to offer training events for leaders of short-term mission teams to empower the international short-term ministry outreach.

You will be trained by missions leaders with varied short-term and long-term experience. Also, you will have the opportunity to interact with other short-term mission leaders from your area.

GO Equipped training weekends are held in various locations across the country.

Seminar topics include:

  • Spiritual Preparation
  • Team Building
  • Leadership Foundations
  • Cross-Cultural Training
  • Short-Term Mission Strategies
  • Team Logistics
  • Crisis/Risk Management
  • Debriefing/Re-entry

Cost varies by location.

Training materials and GO Equipped resource CD are provided and will equip each participant with the tools essential to lead a short-term mission trip. Participants will be responsible for housing and transportation.
