Books and resources that motivate adult believers to understand and apply God's Word to their lives. Recent titles include the Sisters in Faith Bible Studies and the Lectio Divina Bible Studies.
Books and resources that inspire Christians to live authentic Christian lives. Recent titles include There Is no "I" in Church: Moving Beyond Individual Spirituality to Experience God's Power, and Power Plays: Overcome the Need for Control and Live with Strength and Integrity.
Books that provide direction to Christians for deepening their personal relationship with God. Recent titles include The Rhythm of Prayer: A Forty Day Experience and The Busy Mom's Guide to Spiritual Survival.
Books and resources that provide solutions for pastors. Recent titles in this area include Can't Wait for Sunday: Leading Your Church in Authentic Worship and The Ripple Church: Multiply Your Ministry by Parenting New Churches.
We are not currently publishing fiction, memoirs or personal experience, poetry, children's books, academic works or textbooks. We publish very few devotionals. Titles of this type must have a unique focus.

Light from the Word is a daily devotional, published quarterly, with a circulation of approximately 27,000. We look for clean, tight, inspirational writing that makes minimal use of first person. Writing must lead readers to discover a biblical truth and apply that truth to their lives. Each devotional contains a title, theme verse, body text, and action statement of affirmation. Sample copies are available on request; send requests to submissions@wesleyan.org.
Devotionals are written by assignment; a typical assignment is for seven devotionals of 215 words each. Payment is $100 for seven devotionals.
Writers who would like to be considered for an assignment may submit devotional writing samples to submissions@wesleyan.org. Write "Devotional Samples" in the subject line.
VISTA: A Journal of Holy Living is an eight-page weekly periodical that supports Christians in living as fully devoted disciples of Jesus Christ.
