Ever wrestled with these any of these questions: Is planting a multiethnic church even possible? Could this be a tool God could use to reconcile racial tensions in your community and in our nation? What about the Homogeneous Unit Principle (HUP) and how does that apply in this context? Many still avoid the conversation that 11 am on Sunday mornings is still the most segregated hour in North America, however some have decided to no longer be a part of the problem, but practically be a part of the solution.
Join us to engage with some leading practitioners all over North America who have and are planting multiethnic churches in rural, urban and suburban contexts as they share best practices, common challenges and a great opportunity to engage all people groups in your sphere of influence.
Our panelists will be:
- Ed Love (The Wesleyan Church)
- Troy Evans (Grand Rapids, MI)
- Reid Hettich (Aurora, CO)
- Anthony Smith and Dustin Wilson (Salisbury, NC)
- Mick Veach (Detroit, MI)
- Luis Torres (Lansing, MI)
