Wesleyan Coaching Network
Empowering Missional Leaders to Multiply Healthy
What is the Purpose of our Wesleyan Coaching Network?
As we fulfill the Great Commission in the Spirit of the Great Commandment, the goal of our Wesleyan Coaching Network is to
create a culture for empowering leaders on every level of ministry through coaching…a primary way we encourage, empower and equip leaders in our new and existing churches and ministries.
Our Wesleyan Coaching Network equips leaders across the Wesleyan Church with great coaching skills that allows them to coach anyone, anywhere, anytime about anything.
Our coaches will also empower leaders for general coaching and for specific ministries such as church planting, missional church health and leadership development.
Who is a part of the Wesleyan Coaching Network?
Commissioned Minister Coaches who have gone through the CMC 6-month process are part of our Wesleyan Coaching Network!
We envision pastors, local church leaders, denominational leaders, District Superintendents, CMAD Directors, and key lay leaders trained in and championing the ministry of coaching.
It is our desire to see a coaching culture in the Wesleyan Church.
