More than a minister’s conference. The Gathering is a reunion of ministry family and friends. A sabbath for our souls. Coming together to stop, rest, pray, play and thrive.  A chance to celebrate what God is doing in our lives and ministry through meals, stories, inspiration and worship.  We know this will be a gathering you won’t want to miss!

Once every four years we gather for a ministry jubilee. A Sabbath from our work to stop, rest, pray, play and thrive with God and each other.

3. What options are there for meals?

The Caribe Royale has a coffee shop, 2 restaurants, an outdoor grill by the pool, and the Cafe 24 where a variety of items can be purchased. Each room is a suite with a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker should you prefer to bring your own grocery items for meals. Area restaurants are also available and located 1-2 miles from the Caribe.

On Thursday and Friday, food trucks will be onsite from 12:30pm-2:00pm to offer a variety of lunch options.

4. Is childcare provided during the sessions?

Unfortunately, we are not equipped to provide childcare or programming for children at this event. The Gathering is intentionally focused on the soul care for clergy and any spouses who attend. We want attendees to have the space to focus on self-care rather than the care of others during the three days of The Gathering.
