Throughout the month\, we have the privilege of reminding them that they are seen\, valued\, and supported by the people they serve. \nMinistry is a calling filled with joy\, purpose\, and eternal impact\, but it can also be lonely. Scripture reminds us that even Elijah experienced seasons of isolation. In 1 Kings 19\, after witnessing God’s incredible victory over the prophets of Baal\, Elijah found himself exhausted\, discouraged\, and feeling alone. While every pastor’s experience is different\, many understand what it means to carry the weight of ministry in quiet\, unseen ways. \nThat’s why this year’s theme continues to matter. Side by Side is a reminder that ministry was never meant to be done alone.
