Originally from Indianapolis, Rev. Tisa Herbert now lives in Grand Rapids, MI, leading The EDGE Urban Church with her husband Kirt. As an advocate for gospel-driven social change and church-based community development Tisa is devoted to equipping youth here, near and far with the holistic message of hope and redemption. After a decade of nonprofit experience in outreach and youth ministry, she started 3D Influence to coach young adults to discover, develop, and deploy their own unique way of living out their God-given purpose. Tisa is passionate about activating & equipping the next generation to transform the world through embodying the good news of Jesus Christ.

Clay’s goal is to blend a pastoral heart and love of creativity by creating accessible and engaging discipleship resources that equip students to follow the God’s call by living out the way of Jesus in their everyday life. His current focus is equipping youth leaders through FOLLOW THE CALL — a Wesleyan platform that helps leaders and their students have better conversations about calling.

As a catalyst for young adults, Ian is working to create momentum for the next generation to embrace their faith and take part in the greater Wesleyan movement. He is championing and connecting with young adults across North America, because he believes the future of the church rests in the hands of young people.

The Kids Ministry Catalyst champions, equips, and encourages Kids Ministry leaders and pastors through resourcing, collaboration, and connection with leaders, pastors, districts, and churches across the North American Conference of The Wesleyan Church.

Clay has recently served as Resident Pastor of Spiritual Formation at Greenville Multicultural Church. He is also passionate about his other work as Communications Specialist at Immigrant Connection, where uses his passion for storytelling to invite Christians into the mission of provide loving welcome to our immigrant neighbors. Clay’s recent focus has been as a documentary filmmaker, as he produced the documentary, Reading Blind: The Need for Christians to Understand the Bible. Clay has earned a B.A. in Christian Ministries and Humanities from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2022 and is currently working towards an M.A. in Spiritual Formation at Portland Seminary. Clay was ordained in The Wesleyan Church in 2024.
Originally from Michigan, Ian has been leading in Next Gen spaces for nearly three decades. Ian earned his MDiv at Wesley Seminary in 2012 and has served on staff at Wesleyan Churches in Michigan, South Dakota, and Colorado. Currently residing in Timnath, CO, Ian works at Generations Church in Greeley as the Pastor of the Residency Program. Ian and his wife, Susan, are living the Next Gen parent life with children ranging in age from 19-25: Benjamin, Abigail, Anna, Christian, and Natalie.
In this season of life, Ian enjoys spending time with family, traveling, golf, watching sports, and anything that involves people (says the extrovert). In this role, Ian is looking forward to creating momentum for young adults across the Wesleyan Church in North America as they embrace a faith of their own. He believes that the future of the Church rests in the hands of young people claiming their faith and actively playing their part in faith-based movements.
Stephanie was born and raised in Upstate NY and has been a part of the Wesleyan Church her entire life. She attended SWU where she received her BS degree in Early Childhood and Special Education and served as an educator for 6 years in public education. She also served as a kids pastor for 14 years and more recently as a curriculum writer for David C. Cook and Wonder Ink Curriculum as well as writing resources for We Are Kidmin. She currently serves on the Next Gen Team as the Kids Ministry Catalyst and Program Director for the Kids In Worship Initiative grant through Lilly Endowment, Inc. Stephanie is passionate about encouraging and equipping kids ministry leaders in the local church as they lead and love kids and families. Her heart desires to see kids go deeper in their faith as Jesus transforms their lives.
Stephanie and her husband live in Clemson, SC. They have two adult children and a beautiful new daughter-in-law. Her family owns a vintage 1973 ice cream truck that brings fun to their community every summer.
