Tisa Herbert

Originally from Indianapolis, Rev. Tisa Herbert now lives in Grand Rapids, MI, leading The EDGE Urban Church with her husband Kirt. As an advocate for gospel-driven social change and church-based community development Tisa is devoted to equipping youth here, near and far with the holistic message of hope and redemption. After a decade of nonprofit experience in outreach and youth ministry, she started 3D Influence to coach young adults to discover, develop, and deploy their own unique way of living out their God-given purpose. Tisa is passionate about activating & equipping the next generation to transform the world through embodying the good news of Jesus Christ.

Clay’s goal is to blend a pastoral heart and love of creativity by creating accessible and engaging discipleship resources that equip students to follow the God’s call by living out the way of Jesus in their everyday life. His current focus is equipping youth leaders through FOLLOW THE CALL — a Wesleyan platform that helps leaders and their students have better conversations about calling.

As a catalyst for young adults, Ian is working to create momentum for the next generation to embrace their faith and take part in the greater Wesleyan movement. He is championing and connecting with young adults across North America, because he believes the future of the church rests in the hands of young people.

The Kids Ministry Catalyst champions, equips, and encourages Kids Ministry leaders and pastors through resourcing, collaboration, and connection with leaders, pastors, districts, and churches across the North American Conference of The Wesleyan Church.
