Jesse Pratt planted his first church in 2002 and has been working with church planters for the past 20 years. Jesse also serves as the Director of the Church Multiplication Collective. As the Director of Multiplication, Jesse oversees all the partnerships, resources, and teams that make up the CMC. He is most fulfilled when he is helping planters, churches, and movements move toward their full Kingdom potential. Jesse and his wife, Aimee, along with their two children, Caitlynn and Coleton, enjoy traveling, cookouts, and campfires.

Aimee Pratt

Aimee Pratt is a wife, mother, leader, and teacher. Together with her husband, Jesse, she has worked in ministry as a church planter and a multiplication director. What lights Aimee up the most in life is seeing leaders trained up and deployed into the Lord’s harvest. Aimee serves as the Director of New Church Development for the Church Multiplication Collective. As the Director of New Church Development, Aimee oversees the leadership of the Regional Assessment Centers, Coaching Network, Church Planter Training processes and Church Planter Residencies. Aimee and Jesse live in central Ohio with their two young adult children, Caitlynn and Coleton.

Andy Merritt

Bio

Andy Merritt is the planter and Lead Pastor of Rivertree Church in Jackson, MI. Since planting Rivertree in 2008 Andy has been involved in assessing, training, and helping fund multiplication efforts around the United States. He serves as the Executive Producer for the Church Planter Assessment process for The Wesleyan Church and served as a General Editor and contributor for Essentials: A Church Planter Training Guide. Andy holds an M.DIV. from Wesley Seminary and is the author of three books: Eden (a novel), Completely Reckless, and Resonant Frequency. He and his wife Janelle have three awesome kids and a very lazy dog.

Chris Dyer

Dr. Chris Dyer became an ordained minister in the Wesleyan Church in 1988. He is a certified coach in the Wesleyan Church, and a Cultivate Coach and Master Coach through Gateway Leaders. Pastor Chris has served as an assessor and trainer of church planters since 2008. Currently, he serves as the Leader of Church Multiplication for the Greater Ohio District. He also teaches at IWU and is an online instructor at Ohio Christian University where he teaches biblical and theological courses. Pastor Chris and his wife Renee have 4 children (one deceased) and 3 grandchildren. His hobbies include; fishing, hiking, biking, music, and motorcycles.

Néstor Gudiño

Hispanic Multiplication Catalyst

Rev. Néstor Gudiño with his wife Keila are Church planters of La Roca, a multisite church in the Triad area of NC, which sets trends and innovations in the Hispanic Church throughout the country. Nestor, originally from Argentina, discovered only a few years ago the power of multiplication, so he provides motivation and training to church leaders, pastors and planters who wish to see disciples and churches multiply in the Hispanic community in the United States. Néstor and Keila live in Winston-Salem NC, where they enjoy spending time at home and woodworking projects.

Keila Gudino is a church planter in NC where she serves as Lead Pastor at Roca Church with her husband Nestor. “I love seeing the beginning of a multiplying work and being a part of developing new leaders who become disciple makers, and who may become future church planters”. She lives in Winston-Salem, North Carolina with her husband, Néstor.

Troy is married Dawn, and they share 4 biological and 4 non-biological children. He moved from selling drugs and violence to starting a professional career as an IT Engineer & later was the owner of an IT & marketing company. Troy has planted and served as pastor of 4 urban churches. The EDGE Urban Church (a hip-hop church) was the first of its kind in Michigan, where he served for 14 years. He has featured on several national platforms to include: TEDx, harvest show and featured on 700 Club. Troy is an international speaker and go to person for Urban Ministry. He lives in Grand Rapids, MI.

Melinda is a multiethnic urban church planter who has a passion for Global Kingdom movement.  She believes this can only take place as we partner with one another to unleash the whole body of Christ to live and love like Jesus.  She prays that as people from every nation, young and old, men and woman are transformed by the Gospel as they would seek to make disciples who make disciples.  Currently she is working on the Lydia Leaders Initiative which specifically seeks to increase the number of multipliers who are woman in the Wesleyan denomination (Lydia Leaders) and identify multipliers who are men who serve as Lydia Leader champions. She lives in Jamaica Plains, MA.

Dwight Nash

Dr. Dwight Nash has over 35 years of pastoral experience in places such as Oklahoma, Chicago, New Orleans and Dallas. He has been bi-vocational as well as full-time as he served in his many roles of youth pastor, small groups pastor, lead pastor, church planting pastor and District Superintendent. His doctorate and dissertation in church planting included the creation of a virtual residency that has been implemented and used in many venues over the last eleven years.

Dwight has spent the last 18 years helping church planters to fulfill their God-given dream of planting a church. With over 300 church planters helped so far, his “well-done” in life is to play a part in starting 1000 Churches over the next 10 years nationally and internationally.
