Dr. Ed Love
Interim Director of Church Multiplication
Dr. Ed Love has planted two multiplying churches, daughtered multiple church plants, and has provided coaching, training, and resources for church planters. Ed also designed and teaches the church planting courses at Wesley Seminary. He received his M.DIV. from Asbury Theological Seminary and obtained his D.MIN. from George Fox Evangelical Seminary. Ed is the author of Fear Not, Reclaiming Hope, Turn, and many other church multiplication resources. Ed and his wife Emily reside in Muncie, IN with their three spunky kids, Jennah, Josiah, and Micah.

Josmar Trent
Administrative Assistant & Multiethnic & Translation Specialist
Josmar Trent was born and raised in Maracay, Venezuela. She is a trained translator in Spanish, French, and English. She is passionate about serving God’s people and loves working in the multiethnic and the church multiplication ministries because it gives her the opportunity to connect various groups of leaders. Being a bridge builder, particularly as it relates to the Spanish-speaking community, and helping to develop relationships and resources in Spanish is a huge part of her work as a translation specialist. She is certified in Cultural Intelligence. She enjoys organizing, exercising, vlogging, crafting, spending time with her family and serving at her local church. Josmar lives in Indiana with her husband and two children.

Aimee Pratt
Co-Systems Catalyst
Aimee Pratt is a wife, mother, leader, and teacher. Together with her husband, Jesse, she has worked in ministry as a church planter and a multiplication director. What lights Aimee up the most in life is seeing leaders trained up and deployed into the Lord’s harvest. Aimee serves as the Church Multiplication Collective Co-Systems Catalyst, along with her husband Jesse. As the Co-Systems Catalyst, Aimee assists in the leadership of the Regional Assessment Centers, Coaching Network, and the Church Planter Training process. Aimee and Jesse live in Western PA with their two teenagers, Caitlynn and Coleton.

Jesse Pratt
Systems Catalyst
Jesse Pratt planted his first church in 2002 and has been working with church planters for the past 15 years. Jesse also serves as the Church Multiplication Collective Co-Systems Catalyst, along with his wife Aimee. As the Co-Systems Catalyst, Jesse oversees the Regional Assessment Centers, Coaching Network, and the Church Planter Training process. Jesse and his wife, Aimee, along with their two children, Caitlynn and Coleton, enjoy traveling, cookouts, and campfires.

Santes Beatty
Multiethinic Multiplication Catalyst
Rev. Santes Beatty is an ordained pastor in the Wesleyan Church who has a passion for seeing discipleship and multiplication happen for all people groups that cross cultural, ethnic, socioeconomic, gender and generational lines. Santes is the Campus Pastor of Mosaic Midtown Church in Detroit Michigan. He and his wife Nicole have six children: Tesia, Christian (2006), Josiah, Serenity, Sarah and their newest addition, Cami (their Golden Retriever).

Néstor Gudiño
Hispanic Multiplication Catalyst
Rev. Néstor Gudiño with his wife Keila are Church planters of La Roca, a multisite church in the Triad area of NC, which sets trends and innovations in the Hispanic Church throughout the country. Nestor, originally from Argentina, discovered only a few years ago the power of multiplication, so he provides motivation and training to church leaders, pastors and planters who wish to see disciples and churches multiply in the Hispanic community in the United States. Néstor and Keila live in Winston-Salem NC, where they enjoy spending time at home and woodworking projects.

Chris Dyer
Master Coach
Dr. Chris Dyer became an ordained minister in the Wesleyan Church in 1988. He is a certified coach in the Wesleyan Church, and a Cultivate Coach and Master Coach through Gateway Leaders. Pastor Chris has served as an assessor and trainer of church planters since 2008. Currently, he serves as the Leader of Church Multiplication for the Greater Ohio District. He also teaches at IWU and is an online instructor at Ohio Christian University where he teaches biblical and theological courses. Pastor Chris and his wife Renee have 4 children (one deceased) and 3 grandchildren. His hobbies include; fishing, hiking, biking, music, and motorcycles.

Carolyn Little
CMC Support
Carolyn Little is a two-time church planter and has always enjoyed being a part of a new church start up process. Carolyn is passionate about seeing the lives of men, women, and families change for the glory of God. Carolyn has extensive experience and expertise in leadership and counseling. Carolyn resides in Lansing MI and she enjoys reading, shopping and spending time with her family.
