Rev. Nicole (Nikki) Nettleton serves as the executive director of Global Partners of The Wesleyan Church, embodying a life-long love and commitment to Christ and global missions.

Upon her election at the 15th General Conference, Nikki exchanged her leadership mantle from director of Learning and Leadership to executive director for Global Partners. Since 2016, she has coached, equipped and partnered with organizational leaders from around the world for Global Partners to design and deliver transformational training experiences and leadership multiplication pathways for missionaries.

A proven missional leader, Nikki loves coming alongside others to facilitate collaborative ownership and transformational growth on a personal and organizational level. Her life’s vocation is to inspire, develop and facilitate Christ-followers to live missionally and labor faithfully, fruitfully and joyfully for God’s glory among all peoples.

Nikki graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University, Marion, Indiana, and subsequently began serving as a Wesleyan missionary with her husband, Trent. Through her career, she has spent herself in service to God and the Wesleyan mission around the globe.

She and Trent have been married for 28 years. Together, they have two adult children: Ariela (married to Vinny Scott) and Luka.
