Steve Glueck serves as the general treasurer of The Wesleyan Church, with over two decades of experience optimizing financial operations, enhancing performance, leading audits and ensuring regulatory compliance for organizations with up to $600 million in annual revenue.

Throughout his career, Steve has been a trusted advisor to boards and key stakeholders, and served a decade as treasurer for nonprofit organizations, including faith-based organization representing Catholics, Episcopalians, Jewish, Lutherans, Protestants and Quakers as well as international nonprofit organizations in Cambodia, Europe, Jamacia, South Africa and South America.

Upon his election by the General Board of The Wesleyan Church in September 2025, Steve ended nine years as partner with Withum in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Steve’s a people-focused leader, dedicated to hiring, developing and mentoring mission-driven individuals and teams. He believes that investing in people yields lasting results and works diligently to foster rapport and open communication with his team and those they serve.

Steve holds a degree from Ursinus College, Collegeville, Pennsylvania, and is licensed as a certified public account from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

He and wife, JoAnn, are believers in the saving grace of Jesus Christ and feel called to serve The Wesleyan Church using his extensive nonprofit experience.
