Wayne Otto
Executive Director of Church Multiplication & Discipleship
Dr. Wayne Otto serves as the executive director of Church Multiplication and Discipleship of The Wesleyan Church, where he is driven by a passion to encourage and equip disciples and churches to live with conviction and courage as witnesses of Jesus Christ.
An ordained minister in The Wesleyan Church for more than 34 years, Wayne and his wife, Amy, have devoted their lives to planting churches, reaching the lost, discipling believers, and developing leaders both nationally and globally. His ministry experience includes serving as an assistant pastor, church planter, lead pastor, church multiplication director, assistant district superintendent, regional church planting director and adjunct professor.
Wayne has served as an adjunct professor for Indiana Wesleyan University and Wesley Seminary (Marion, Indiana), Southern Wesleyan University (Central, South Carolina) and Kingswood University (Sussex, New Brunswick). He holds degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University and Clamp Divinity School at Anderson University (Anderson, South Carolina).
Wayne and Amy have three married children who love the Lord — a legacy they consider their greatest accomplishment.
