By RSVP-ing, you are notifying us of your plans to attend. RSVP-ing  does not count as a room registration or a meal plan purchase.

Can I purchase a meal plan?

Meal plans are available for purchase during conference registration. Meal plans can be purchased by guests staying both on and off campus.

However, to ensure that the headcount for food is accurate, guests staying on the IWU campus must purchase meal plans during registration.

Meal plans are as follows:

  • Adult $90 per person for Sunday dinner through Wednesday lunch.
  • Child $30 per person for Sunday dinner through Wednesday lunch.
  • Meals may also be purchased individually during registration if guests do not need or want the full meal package.

Guests not lodging on the IWU campus who choose to not purchase a conference meal plan can purchase meals at the door. However, these meals must be purchased on a per-meal basis and conference discount pricing will not be offered.

Meal tickets are to be redeemed in the Baldwin Cafeteria.
