The 2026 General Conference of The Wesleyan Church (TWC) elected 24 leaders to serve as General Board members for the next four years on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, in Marion, Indiana.
The Discipline of The Wesleyan Church requires the election of 12 lay and 12 ministerial members to serve as area representatives on the General Board. This board is comprised of 25 voting members; area representatives and the General Superintendent. Non-voting members of the board with voice are TWC executive directors, the general treasurer/chief financial officer, the chief executive officer of Wesleyan Investment Foundation, the chief executive officer of Wesleyan Pension Fund and TWC university presidents.
Each representative aligns with the theme of the 2026 General Conference, “Empowered,” follows the membership leadership requirements and is willingly available to attend all meetings of the General Board.

Northeastern Representative Area

North Central Representative Area
