As for me, I will declare this forever. (Ps. 75:9)
HAVE YOU EVERHAD A MESSAGE that was so stupendous that you wanted to shout it from a mountaintop for all the world to hear? Even before becoming a follower of Christ, I knew the words of John 8:32: “Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” At the age of twelve, I had already memorized these words, although I had no idea what the truth was. Nor did I comprehend the freedom being spoken about.
However, all this changed when I was eighteen years old. Through the friendship of Andy and his sister, Nancy, I was introduced to the truth found in the Bible. In time, I also found freedom from debilitating anxiety and self-loathing. I was filled with an inner, indescribable joy.
No one had to persuade me to share what God had done in my life. My testimony came automatically, flowing from a heart of praise. I was so in love with God and filled with gratitude that words, testifying about God, automatically flowed from my mouth.
Then, at the age of nineteen, I accepted the call to share God’s message as His full-time servant. For over forty-three years I have been doing this, and I am committed to continuing until my last breath here on earth. God’s message is too wonderful to keep to myself.
Don’t keep the good news to yourself; share it with someone today!
