A 150-year-old Wesleyan church in Felton, Del., is no longer standing. That’s because fire ripped through Cedar Grove Wesleyan Church just hours before morning worship on Sunday, August 11.

Cedar Grove congregants talked about the fire.

“I came here to church all my life,” said Mary Ellen Jackson. “My parents attended this church. My grandparents attended this church. We have a long history here.”

Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the fire that caused $250,000 in damage. No injuries were reported.
