Listen to today’s devo!

So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet—a vast army. (Ezek. 37:10)

Expanded Passage: Ezekiel 37:10

Have you ever witnessed a miracle? What about witnessing spiritual growth in someone’s life? Have you witnessed hope coming alive in the lives of those around you? What about in your own life? Witnessing the Lord in this way will have you taking a step back and simply saying, “Wow, only God.” Witnessing the Lord’s work multiplies in us the desire to share God’s hope. When we witness God at work, our desire to be a witness of hope grows exponentially.

Such growth could be seen when Ezekiel spoke the message commanded to him by the Lord and a vast army was brought back to life. As God’s Spirit moved and his people were made new, Ezekiel witnessed hope coming alive—a moment where anyone would have stepped back and said, “Wow, only God.”

In witnessing God at work, we have the opportunity to participate in the multiplication of hope. We are given the opportunity to take part in and witness the power of his miracles. We receive the opportunity to take part in and witness the spiritual growth he brings. We have the opportunity to take part in and witness hope coming alive. We can take part in and witness everything being made new. Our part and our witness multiply his hope. Hope that has people taking a step back and saying, “Wow, only God.”

Father, make us multipliers of your hope.
