The numbers of homeless and hungry people is staggering. As volunteers are showing Christ’s love in practical ways, hearts are also receptive to the gospel. We praise God that dozens accepted Christ through this outreach in the first few weeks!

Your prayers and financial support are needed for months to come to aid the relief, rebuilding and ministry efforts of our Philippines Wesleyan Church brothers and sisters. Please visit the Emergency Relief Fund page, where 100% of your donations will go to the disaster relief. Thank you for being an answer to prayer for our Philippines churches and communities.

Wesleyan relief and rebuilding ministry is being concentrated in three staging areas on three major islands that were the most devastated. Dr. Patacsil, the Philippines Wesleyan General Superintendent, is requesting short-term construction teams to come this summer. Teams should form in groups of up to six people any time from May through August. At least some of the team members should have construction skills. Those interested in scheduling a construction team should contact Wayne MacBeth at Wesleyan headquarters at MacBethW@wesleyan.org.
