We are here to serve you!

Dr. Wayne Otto is an ordained minister in The Wesleyan Church and currently serves as executive director of CMAD, bringing decades of diverse ministry experience and a deep passion for the Church’s mission. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Ministerial Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University, along with a Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Preaching from Clamp Divinity School at Anderson University (SC), and serves as an adjunct professor for Indiana Wesleyan University, Southern Wesleyan University, Wesley Seminary, and Kingswood University. Over the course of his ministry, Wayne has served in numerous leadership roles including assistant pastor, church planter, lead pastor, church multiplication director, assistant district superintendent, regional church planting director, professor, and denominational leader, helping establish and strengthen churches both nationally and internationally.
His journey began after a life-changing encounter with Christ as a young man, following a difficult upbringing marked by instability, which ignited his calling to share the hope of the gospel. He has since ministered globally through Youth With A Mission in places such as Amsterdam and Liberia, and has invested significantly in church planting and leadership development across regions like Haiti and Puebla, Mexico. Wayne’s leadership is characterized by a commitment to prayer, biblical preaching, collaboration, and mobilizing the Church to reach communities and nations.
He and his wife, Amy, have faithfully served together in ministry and are blessed with three children and seven grandchildren, whose faith they consider their greatest legacy.
