Thriving ClergyVision

We want ministry to be a joy, not a drag! Ministry has the potential to drain a person physically, emotionally, and spiritually, leaving pastors running on empty and in danger of experiencing burnout. But we believe God designed ministry leaders to live full and flourishing lives, not empty ones. That’s why He designed Biblical rhythms of work and rest.

God’s call to ministry demands our obedience, which means pastors must be healthy to continue saying “Yes” to God. A lack of health often equals a lack of response to the Holy Spirit.

Our goal is to resource district leaders and pastors with tools to help Wesleyan pastors experience the full, Spirit-filled life that Christ promised. Healthy pastors lead to healthy churches, and we aim to help pastors continue to give their best to God.
