Are you feeling stuck in the middle of the ministry grind? Are you feeling like there isn’t an end in sight? At Fuel 2022, we want to seek out what God has for us in the middle.
Mark your calendars for April 21-22, 2022! We will be hosting Fuel, our Next Gen Leaders conference, live in person in Muncie, Indiana! This conference is for anyone who works with the Next Generation, including pastors, directors, leaders and volunteers. This conference is a great time to re-connect with each other, and learn and grow together.
Registration deadline is Friday, April 8th.
Umfundisi Jim serves as Campus Intercessor and Professor of practical ministry at IWU where he was voted Professor of the years 4 times. He is also the prayer coordinator and District Shepherd for the Crossroads District.
Rev. Zach Coffin has been pastoring since he was 19 years old. He has served as a children’s pastor, youth pastor, and next gen pastor at various sized churches across the country. Zach loves helping churches create presence-driven, values-focused ministries that reach more families. He has a master’s degree in Pastoral Theology from Kingswood University with his final project focusing on “Living for Revival.” His heart longs to see the world experience a Revelation 7:9-10 revival through encountering the Holy Spirit. Zach and his wife Becca love praying over people. They have been married for 14 years and have two young daughters.
Jaye Thomas is a Dove Award-nominated, singer/songwriter, and worship leader. He served in Executive Leadership and on staff at the International House of Prayer, Kansas City for 11 years as a worship leader and Director of the Forerunner School of Worship at the International House of Prayer University. Today, Jaye and his wife Nayomi, are the Directors of Song of Hope Ministries, Inc. They are the proud parents of Mahan (24), Justice (10), and Addison (7). As well as two grandchildren who all reside in Kansas City.

Sarah Rodriguez is an assistant pastor/church planter. Being a church planter opens opportunities for her to start new ministries. With her husband, Johel, they started a youth ministry “Avívame Youth” within their church plant in 2019 when they saw how many youth were attending the service (which is in Spanish) but were needing to receive the Word in English. Sarah is from Dayton, Ohio and has had a heart for evangelism from an early age. She and her husband Johel have three children and live in North Carolina.
The Stages of Fruit: Helping Others Grow
Pastor Janiel Caraballo is the youth pastor of Destiny Christian Center in Muncie IN. Pastor J (what teens call him) is also known as Jambo, a world class musician. He with his wife Leana and four teenage children dedicate their time in underserved communities teaching leadership principles, creating opportunities and making a change.
Haunted and Holy
Stephanie Williams hails from the Great White North but has been transplanted into the most middle of middle states – Iowa. She lives there with her husband, Rob, and four amazing kiddos while serving as Next Gen Pastor at The Bridge Church and one of the four District Youth President’s. She loves cats, coffee, and all things nerdy.
Productive or Prayerful
Tyler Abbott is the Associate Student Minister at Community Bible Church in Savannah, GA. He has a passion for the Word of God and discipling students. He and his wife Brittany love getting to be a team as they do student ministry together. They also love to play disc golf and pickleball together with friends, students, and family.
Finding Real Community While Leading
Joshua Sims is currently the Director of Student Ministries at Sent Church in Plano, TX. He has served in various ministry roles since 2008, particularly in worship, youth, and young adult ministry. Though he is motivated by cultivating unity and spreading the gospel, his greatest joy in life is simply being a husband to his wife Stefanie, and father to his 6 beloved children.

Haley Bogear is crazy about Jesus and sharing His Truth. She is passionate about sharing the Gospel in simple messages as one of the children’s pastors at Impact Church in Lowell, MI. She also loves working with people on how the Gospel is transformational in our everyday lives bringing about freedom, new life, and a joy that undergirds our whole existence.
Partnering with Parents in a Pandemic
Kaylee Wilkerson is the Children’s Pastor at New Covenant Church in Pleasant Garden, NC and is married to her awesome husband, Jonathan. They have a sweet and spunky daughter, Charlotte. She’s a southern girl who loves Jesus and a good cup of coffee.
Tools To Help You
Jon Haley serves as a National Presenter for Logos Bible Software. He also serves as an assistant pastor at his home church in Pennsylvania where he often preaches and leads worship. He is passionate about helping anyone use Logos to grow the church, advance the gospel, and learn more about God and Bible. He also obtained his master’s degree in classical guitar performance from Houghton College. His favorite thing to do is spend time with his beautiful wife of 14 years, and their three amazing children.
