For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; he will lead them to springs of living water. (Rev. 7:17)
STRONG IN HIS DESIRE for healthy relationships, Aaron has faithfully stood by me through many seasons. He is always ready to listen and share his heart, and I am continually struck by his ongoing pursuit to bring realness to every circumstance and connection. To him, life-giving means more than just pleasant experiences with friends. Instead, he longs for mutual exchanges to be filled with a level of heart honesty no matter how easy or difficult. Certainly some conversations are marked with navigation through many minefields of what-ifs, whys, and I don’t knows. Other conversations take on the feel of exploring new paths and potential consequences of decisions. In other moments, our visiting becomes more experience-based, where we each share in the celebrations of life. Regardless of the content or anticipated direction, Aaron has demonstrated a consistent seeking to find the living water in the midst of all circumstances.
Jesus, being the center of all authority and power, gives himself to personal relationship with each of us. All He possesses He offers to us for the purpose of building His kingdom of a relational family full of unique and treasured people.
Heaven flows with many rivers, each possessing the life-giving power of God’s creative heart. Daily He asks us to release the very rivers flowing through us to help others connect to heaven’s desire for relationship.
Share water from your river of life with someone today.
