Southern Wesleyan University has offered flexible programs to working adults for 25 years, but new fully-online programs are about to take flexibility to the next level.

The Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools recently approved online versions of the Associate of Arts in general studies and Bachelor of Science in business administration degrees. According to Dr. Keith Iddings, university provost, both online degree programs will become available in early 2013.

Online versions of additional graduate and undergraduate programs will be offered in the not-too-distant future, according to Iddings.

“First and foremost, we thank God for this game changing approval,” said SWU President Todd Voss upon receiving the news of SACS approval. “This initiative has been bathed in prayer for months and months–what an answer.”
