The mission of FLAME is to help adult ministerial students and lay ministry staff and volunteers to prepare for effective ministry in the local church by offering week long events which focus on spiritual renewal and reflection on the call; networking, relationship building and accountability, bundled with excellent practical ministry preparation classes.
The Fellowship of Leaders Acquiring Ministerial Education (FLAME) approach to Adult Education ministerial preparation is based on a three pronged philosophy of Fellowship/Networking, Spiritual Renewal, and Practical Academic Excellence. Conference events are held at several locations throughout the year. Wesleyan Publishing House has all of textbooks available both online and through phone order.
