The CMC, in partnership with Dirt Roads Network, is excited to provide a revitalization cohort designed to help pastors and church leaders:
- Rediscover their God given mission.
- Reignite spiritual fervor.
- Realign ministry initiatives and leaders for maximum spiritual impact.
The Revitalization cohort supports churches in every setting – urban, rural, and everywhere in between – as they revitalize their disciple making mission.
2025-26 Cohort starts September 8th
Cohort is Limited to 20 churches in North America

Revitalization Cohort Cost
Cost is $1,000 for each participating church.
The CMC does have a Revitalization Grant available for this
cohort that will cover up to $900. The application for this grant will be
provided in the registration process.
Churches are also encouraged to request additional financial support from
their District.
What’s the cohort schedule?
This cohort has a total of 14 sessions broken up into two parts:
7 Fall Sessions – start September 8, 2025 at 6:30pm CT
7 Spring Sessions – start January 5, 2026 at 6:30 pm CT
All sessions will be over Zoom and will be every other week.
What’s expected from participating churches?
In addition to the cost listed above, participating churches will need to:
- Include 3-5 key leaders from the church
- Commit to engaging in every cohort zoom meeting
- Commit to earnestly seeking God’s guidance through the entire process
What will we walk away with when finished with the cohort?
When finished with the cohort, churches will:
- Have a portfolio of applied practices used throughout the process as a resource for continued transformative impact
- Identify and implement a covenant of guiding values and spiritual practices for the health and vitality of their community
- Have a fully developed Ministry Action Plan (MAP) lead by prayer and engaging the work of the Spirit
Is coaching available for our church through this process?
Yes! Every church will be offered 2 virtual private coaching sessions as
included in the cost.
On site coaching sessions are available upon request for additional costs.
Is this different from the DRN Cooperatives?
This Revitalization Cohort is similar to the DRN Cooperatives but is geared towards churches in every setting – rural, urban, suburban, etc. The DRN is reshaping their cohort/cooperative system. This cohort will be dedicated revitalization process for congregations in The Wesleyan Church.
