Mar. 18, 2010

Wesleyan missionary Dan Irvine reports that hopelessness is slowing being replaced by hope in the two months following Haiti’s devastating January 12 earthquake.
It has been two months since the destructive January 12 earthquake shook Haiti. GP Caribe Atlantic Area Director Dan and Joy Irvine sent the following update:

In the first six weeks over 120 medical and logistical people gave their time and energy to the people of Haiti by working in the Petit Goave clinic as well as the LaGonave hospital. Many more from other organizations worked alongside our teams tirelessly treating the injured.
