Are you an Apostolic Multiplier?

So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors (shepherds) and teachers to equip his people for works of service so that the body of Christ may be built up…” – Ephesians 4:11-12

Have you ever wondered where the church be without individuals like the Apostle Paul, Peter, Irenaeus, St. Patrick, Martin Luther, Phoebe Palmer, Francis Asbury, John Wesley, Catherine Booth, Mother Teresa, or Billy Graham?

Throughout every major culture shift in history, God has raised up and called out catalytic leaders to propel His mission and movement forward. These risk-taking catalytic leaders see a bigger picture and long to be part of a larger movement. God has given these unique leaders special entrepreneurial gifts and they cannot stand the fact that people in zip codes everywhere do not have an opportunity to learn about the Good News of Jesus in a life-giving church setting.

One thing is true about every major revival and church planting movement throughout history, and that is, the catalytic leaders felt free to dream, free to go, and free to send. These movement-makers did not feel stuck on a leash. The leadership within The Wesleyan Church is convinced we need to return to our movement-oriented roots and unleash our apostolic multipliers.
