Every time I say no to something that would interfere with God’s calling on my life, he honors my step of obedience.
I don’t know all the reasons for this American Happening.
But I do know this: we need you.
I know spending time with God, friends and family, and writing fill me up. I know I have sacrificed what is fueling for what is immediate and/or acceptable.
As I bear witness, I have hope that I can make a difference in the world.
I have noticed how easy it is in my life to remove God from his place while replacing him with other things.
I rarely think of the power or authority I have been given unless someone points it out. Rather, I am called to be a servant who delights in serving Jesus wherever he places me.
When we are faced with difficult situations is our response an attempt to shortcut the God-ordained pressure of the circumstance?
When the Holy Spirit orchestrates pruning in our lives it hurts, but it is not harmful.
